Dear visitors of the site! Lawyer, Managing Partner of our firm Allan Pashkovskiy in November-December 2022, visited the United States in the field of law and with a cultural program.
Briefly describing the visit, we note that the delegation consisted of representatives of 21 countries, along with which, the lawyer of our firm A. Pashkovskiy visited such states as Washington DC, New Hampshire, Michigan, New Mexico and visited such cities as Portsmouth, Concord, Exted, Lansing (East Lansing), Denver, Santa Fe and Albuquerque.
Being a practicing lawyer and having a fairly rich knowledge base in the legal fields, during his visit to the United States, A. Pashkovskiy got more thoroughly acquainted with the system of the state apparatus at the federal and state levels, as well as with the structure of the legislative and executive authorities at the relevant levels, as well as work of law enforcement and judicial authorities of the country.
During the visit, among other things, meetings of the Supreme Courts of the states, courts of first instance, as well as district and tribal courts of the states, offices of the prosecutor’s office, offices of public defenders, non-governmental public organizations, police stations and offices of American colleagues, and in particular the head office of the ABA.
In addition, together with colleagues, a number of sights were visited and a cultural program was actively implemented, which and the above can be briefly seen in the accompanying photographs of our photo report.
