Lawyer Allan Pashkovskiy was previously a leading specialist, specialist in international affairs, head of the Department for the Protection of the Professional Rights of Lawyers at the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He is active in public life of the legal community, involved in social and legal projects, law-making and legal expertise activities. He took and takes an active part in certain types of activities of the UN institutions and committees, such as the HRC, the CATP, a number of other international specialized organizations, including various sessions, seminars, round tables and other similar events.

Lawyer Allan Pashkovskiy has a number of international, national publications (scientific articles, methodological materials, etc.) written in co-authorship or solely on legal and mediation activities, and also takes an active part in law-making activities by making proposals to the legislative and executive authorities of the country, actively publishes critical articles in national electronic mass media.
